Are For Sale signs permitted? 

One “for sale” sign is permitted to be displayed on the inside of one window of each unit. Dimensions cannot exceed 24x30 and the sign cannot be illuminated.  

 

Are realtor lock boxes permitted? 

On the unit doors.  

 

Are there any pet restrictions? 

See the Declaration for details.  

 

Are there any occupancy restrictions? 

Units to be used as private single family residences only.  

 

Are there any leasing restrictions? 

No short-term rentals.  

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

Owners and occupants must park in their designated spots.  

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

No commercial vehicles are permitted. There are nine visitor parking spaces. No overnight parking without notifying property management first.  

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

Any alterations/renovations to a unit must receive the written permission of the Board, after first submitting a request. This includes flower beds/gardens at the rear/side of the units.  

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

No. 

 

Are there any unusual maintenance items? 

No. 

 

Are there any bulk utilities included in the common expenses? 

No. 

 

Is there private waste pickup? 

Yes.  

 

Are there any amenities? 

No. 

 

Are there any smoking or cannabis restrictions? 

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or on front of the porches of multiple attached units. It is permitted otherwise unless deemed a nuisance to another occupant.  

 

 

Is there any other important information to know? 

Any changes to the structural features or décor of the balconies require Board permission. No carpets are permitted on the balcony floors. 

Garage doors are maintained by the condo but the remotes are the owners.  

Bird-feeders/bird-baths are not permitted. 

Privacy panels/gates are permitted with Board approval/specs must be followed. 

Satellite dishes are permitted with Board approval.
